SUPPORT PLANNING WORKSHOP
This workshop is designed to give attendees a broad understanding of the thought and process behind support planning, and will focus upon outcomes for service users and their families.
It covers those cases where there is and is not capacity for decision making.
It will be delivered by Tony Bennett, a Citizen Leader who had extensive management, marketing, training and consultancy experience before caring full time for his parents who both had Alzheimer’s disease. An individual budget was negotiated for Tony’s father in the IB pilot programme.
Tony will tell his father’s story, and share his support plan as part of the workshop.
